What does it do?
Everything required (beyond the power socket) to protect an area in the home is included in this package. This is a complete system designed to be installed in basements and critical areas of the house to protect them against water leaks. It is an easy to install system that uses a 3m sensor tape positioned (generally) against the skirting or under an area where water leaks would cause critical damage. Should water touch the tape at any point, the alarm will trigger switching a relay connected to a valve that will switch the water off immediately a leak occurs. There is also a multizone option that can be used to protect multiple areas and benefits from a single multizone alarm panel in a central location with up to 32 different zones being covered.

Package includes an alarm panel, all connection cables, sensor tape and 28mm valve.  This easy to install tea point water leak detection system can be used to protect the area around and under tea points where a water leak would cause damage and costly repairs to equipment or other companies property.  Everything needed comes in the box, all that’s required to install it is a fused spur and a plumber to put the valve in.
